Acceptance

By creating a Hello Maggie account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Hello Maggie provides an AI-powered chat widget for local businesses. The widget responds to visitor enquiries using information you provide, captures leads, and sends you notifications.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information in your knowledge base
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Ensure your use of Hello Maggie complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Not use Hello Maggie to collect information deceptively or without visitor consent

AI responses

Hello Maggie uses AI to generate responses based on the knowledge base you configure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses. You are responsible for reviewing what information you provide and ensuring responses are appropriate for your business.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial months. Free trials are available as stated on the pricing page.

Fair use policy

Our Unlimited plan includes unlimited conversations. “Unlimited” means we don't set a hard monthly cap — it's designed for busy local businesses that need the flexibility to handle high-demand periods without watching a counter.

The Unlimited plan is designed for local businesses, not high-traffic websites, lead generation platforms, or resellers. If your usage significantly exceeds what a typical local business generates — for example, tens of thousands of conversations per month — we reserve the right to contact you to discuss a custom arrangement.

We won't cut your service off without notice. In the first instance we'll reach out by email, explain the situation, and work out a solution together. This policy exists to keep pricing fair for everyone on the platform, not to penalise businesses that are simply doing well.

Partner program

Approved partners earn a commission on payments made by businesses they refer to Hello Maggie. The current commission rate and structure are published in the partner dashboard. We reserve the right to change the commission rate or structure at any time, with at least 30 days' written notice to active partners before any change takes effect. Commissions already earned before the change date will be paid at the original rate.

Service availability

We aim to keep Hello Maggie running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime or service interruption.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Maggie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
